We invite you to take a look at our rules of procedure.
The conduct to be observed in the B & B are not only those sanctioned by the law, but especially those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
1 - Reservation requests can be made by phone or e-mail. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation, together with all the information related to the B & B and modalities about the deposit - 40% of the stay -to be sent by postal order or bank transfer . If you have to cancel the booking you will be refunded the total amount if communicated 20 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% if communicated up to 7 days before date of arrival. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or doesn’t show, the nights not spent are not refunded.
2 - Upon arrival at the B & B we ask you to show your identity documents valid for the records provided by law. Then the balance of the holiday is due in cash. By law B & Bs are required to issue a non-fiscal receipt of the amount of the stay. In the case of early departure, there are no refunds.
3 - Access to other people than the guests is not allowed - at any time for reasons of Public Safety.
4 - The rooms are available from 12 am on the day of arrival, during the stay must be vacated by 10.30 am to allow the daily and final cleaning of the room.
5 - It is recommended that a proper and civil sanitation services, do not throw anything in the toilet.
6 - The B & B disclaims any responsibility for the loss, theft and damage of objects of your property left in rooms. If the guest causes damage to the structure, equipment or other things he is obliged to immediately inform the holder and charge the resulting costs.
7 - Breakfast is served between 8 am and 10 am unless otherwise agreed. Outside of these hours it is forbidden to eat in the breakfast room, while in the rooms is always forbidden to eat meals.
8 – it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the building. This rule protects those who do not smoke as well as being a standard for fire prevention.
9 – A polite behavior must be maintained in any time of the day and that do not harm in any way the tranquility of others.
10 - In case the customer fails to comply with these regulations, the owner may terminate the stay in the facility according to the contract.
